![]() | Very Strong and stable by: Becky ✔Verified Buyer from: Louisville , Ky on: December 3, 2019 |
We put a 48 inch round granite top on this base and were very happy it was so strong. We felt comfortable with the support and love the table. I recommend assembling the table top and base where it will live due to weight when together. Moving it after assembly will be too difficult. We built the base and put in place then put top on it. |

![]() | Even better than I expected by: Greg Scott ✔Verified Buyer from: Dayton, Oh on: May 25, 2016 |
This pedestal and base was needed to support a very heavy, custom made 24" X 24" wood table top. We needed counter height and were glad to find these items. Delivery was prompt and the packaging was first rate. All parts needed to assemble the base and pedestal were included and everything was of very goid quality. Assembly was simple and the ability to adjust the pedestal at multiple points was very helpful. Thank you. |

![]() | Sturdy and attractive by: paige ✔Verified Buyer from: West Hartford, Co on: March 22, 2016 |
This is a sturdy table base that is easily leveled. The website clearly listed the correct table top size for us to use, and it all works beautifully. After refinishing my own top and attaching this new base, I have a great table for less than half the cost of new! |

Once it finally arrived (3 months from order), it was perfect! Our contractor attached it to a custom size Corian top (26" x 30") and now we have the perfect table for our small kitchen! Love the flat base, and it levels easily with adjustments on the bottom. |

![]() | Terrific product by: Rich ✔Verified Buyer from: Sun city west, az on: November 21, 2014 |
Bought this table bottom for a Red Gum Burl table top that i made myself. I wanted a simple yet stylish bottom that made the top the center of attention. This top worked well. Also i was concerned that the bottom could handle a top that was 78 pounds and because it is a natural product slightly unbalanced. The bottom made a rock solid table.
An excellent product i am proud to have in my home. |

![]() | Solid table support for a quartzite top by: Nikki ✔Verified Buyer from: Westchester county, NY on: September 11, 2014 |
We have a table that has a 42 inch x 42 inch quartzite top. It is relatively heavy at about 210 lbs. We previously bought a different table support (with 2 side bases) that was stable on one direction but unstable on the cross direction (perpendicular on the side base).
We then bought the "Steelbase Olivia 30" Round - With Single 4" Dia. Column, Dining Height, 28-1/5"H, Stainless Steel
RI-CTB37, and we are pleased with this purchase: the table support is very stable and due to its design there is plenty of leg room under the table. The only downside is that handprints and other marks are easily visible on the Chrome base and thus, you need to wipe it often with a special solution.

![]() | Excellent by: DR ✔Verified Buyer from: Portland, OR on: December 28, 2011 |
This product originally had to be returned because it arrived damaged and covered with a black soot that would not come off. The company gladly exchanged it. I now have a great table base that is well made and looks great, too. |

![]() | I want to place a 60" diameter granite table top - Asked about product RI-CTB54
![]() | Item RI-RFL750C has the maximum recommended sized tops of: circular- 54" Diameter, and square 48" W x 48" D. It is not recommended to use single base with a 60" Diameter top, however, if you were to use two bases, there would be no issue. |

![]() | maximum table weight allowed? - Asked about product RI-CTB54
![]() | These bases are not weight rated, however we do advise you follow the maximum table sizing for whichever base you choose. For the 30" base; maximum circle top is 54" diameter, and maximum square top would be 48" x 48". |

![]() | We want a table base to support a 54 1/2" x 30" granite table top. One end of the table top would be attached to the kitchen cabinets with brackets and the other would be supported by the table base. Is this base appropriate? Would you suggest a different base? Is this base suitable for use in a home? Thanks very much. - Asked about product RI-CTB88
![]() | The base is suitable for home use and could definitely work for this job!
But if the table is going to be attached to the wall, I would personally go for Click here because it bolts into the floor, so the table will be 100% attached to the floor and wall. |

![]() | Since this leg is probably hollow, can this be modified to accommodate an umbrella? A hole cut in the center of the top mounting? The top will be 3/4" granite. Thank you. - Asked about product RI-CTB01
![]() | The column is hollow, however it does contain screws and lugs on both ends to support the bottom and spider. If your umbrella stand was extremly thin it could work, but its not something the manufacture recommends. |

![]() | I see the steel base adapter (RI-CTB62) is listed as an accessory. Is it needed for this table base? Is there any reason square plate (dimensions?) cannot be screwed directly to underside of round wooden top? Thanks. - Asked about product RI-CTB92
![]() | When ordering item RI-RFL540PC-D, it is not mandatory that you need to order RI-CTB62 unless you are going to be using a glass top, in which case this would help secure the glass top to the base. The square plate can be screwed directly to a wooden top. |

![]() | Hello, I'm chosing between the 18-inch diameter disc base and the x-bar pedestal base (22 in). If our floor turns out to be the slightest bit uneven, are these products adjustable for stability? Thank you. - Asked about product RI-CTB17
![]() | There are 5 little leveler feet on the bottom of the base that have about 1/4" you can adjust. |

![]() | I am going to have a square 32"x32" quartz table. Would this base support a top that size? Weight would be approximately 220 lbs. What if I have a larger top at 36"x36"? Can you also tell me how long it takes to receive the item? Thanks! - Asked about product RI-CTB02
![]() | How stable the base is really depends on the size, and the weight. We usually say a couple hundred, like 250 lbs for weight capacity. The 21" round base would be fine for a 32" x 32" or 36", but if it's a square top, then a square base would be even better, which can be found here: Click here
They are usually in stock, and ship out within 2-3 business days from NJ. |

![]() | I want to put a round 36" quartz top, the same as my counters, on this table will it support it and what is the best way to attach it? - Asked about product RI-CTB91
![]() | Yes, that base would support your top, and most customers glue a plywood substrate to the underside of the stone top for mounting. |

![]() | We will be placing a 30" x 42" table top on this base. Will this base support that? - Asked about product RI-CTB02
![]() | We would recommend the (RI-CTB04) 21” square Nikai base: Click here
Additionally, RI-CTB47 is am 18 x 28” rectangle base with two columns which would offer even more stability: Click here |

![]() | I will be putting a 30 x 30 inch piece of quartz on this. What weight does this base support? - Asked about product RI-CTB13
![]() | The columns are extremely strong.
They have tested them up to 10 tons before the column would eventually crush. The size of the top is more important than the the weight. You might consider a 30" base due to the bar height. |
