Please Use these Instructions ONLY for the STACKER:
- 1) HEIGHT: Minimum height clearance is 17". Make sure you have at least 17" of clearance from the floor of your cabinet to any obstacles above.
- 2) WIDTH: Because of the framework of the STACKER, you will need to make sure there is enough width clearance. Order the size that will clear all obstacles including; hinges, faceframe and cabinet doors.
- 3) DEPTH: Verify that there is enough depth to fit the STACKER in your cabinet cavity. Look for any pipes, electrical wires, etc, that might not allow you to easily place the Shelving unit in place. Order the Depth that will most easily fit into your cabinet. In addition, make sure your cabinet door will be able to close with the STACKER in place.
- 4) PLACE ORDER: Remember the dimensions of the STACKER are for the outside of it's framework. In other words; if you order a 22" wide X 22-1/2" deep STACKER, your Smallest width opening must at least be 22" and you must have at least 22-1/2" of clearance for the Depth.
- These items are made to order and cannot be cancelled after 3 days. They are non-returnable.

Note - Installing When You Don't Have a Full Shelf or Base to Bottom Mount To: These pull-out shelves are designed with guides to fasten to the bottom of a cabinet or to a full depth shelf. If there is no shelf available to install on, rear mount sockets (Available Under Click Here to Accessories on the page) can be purchased to mount on the back wall of the cabinet. In this case, the front of the guides would be fastened to the Face Frame (the area where hinges are normally fastened) or shims are placed inside the cabinet.

| I ordered two sets of these stacking shelves, and they arrived on time and in good condition. It was a snap to install these--took only minutes (I did secure the bottom with screws, however, that I supplied, so it wouldn't move). I installed these in double-door cabinets with hinges that each stuck out 1/2 inch on each side from the face frame, and measured from hinge to hinge. However, that leaves some space (about an inch) on either side of the boxes when they are installed, behind which small items could get stuck if they fall off the top shelf. If I had to do it again, I'd measure just the face frame opening, remove the doors and hinges, install the unit and reinstall the doors. There would be plenty of room for the shelves to slide out, and I'd reclaim some cabinet space.
Also, I suggest that the makers make the boxes a couple of inches taller, so there's more space between the top and bottom shelves. |

| I ordered two stackers. One was pretty well built, the other looked like a trainee built it. Nothing major bad, but little things like it took the builder 2 or 3 tries on each screw location on 3 of the slide rails to get them in the right place and gaps in joints (other than the dove tailed ones - those looked really good).
Don't waste your money on getting pre-finished - only the shelves (not the frames) are finished and then it's barely a spray of finish -- I had to paint mine and the "finished" wood soaked up as much paint as the unfinished wood did.
On the good side: the slide rails are quite heavy-duty -- looks like they'll last for quite some time. The wood was also in pretty good condition - hardly any knots or other defects. |

I was able to fit the Stacker into my cabinet in seconds. After fastening the included screws through the base of the unit I was DONE! It took longer to load my new shelves with our items than it did to fasten it down. The shelves seem to be of high quality and should last us for many years. We can even move it to our next house. | The manufacturer installs the guides to the framework and to the shelves prior to shipping. The top shelf is separated from the framework and placed inside for shipment. Only the top shelf needs to be slid into the framework guides. The bottom shelf is already in place. The shelf needs to slide straight into the mating guides in the framework. (Not at an angle). |

| This stacker unit has a surrounding body to the shelves. So you would need to measure the inside of the cabinet to be sure of the size you need to order. In your case it sounds like you are only filling half of the 24" cabinet considering your opening is only 12". You would want enough door space to also slide the shelf out. If your door opening is 12" W, then you should get the 12" unit. |

| The minimum height clearance is 17". Make sure you have at least 17" of clearance from the floor of your cabinet to any obstacles above. The usable clearance between the two shelves is approximately 8.75". |

| What type extension slides come standard with the unit? | The Kitchen Cabinet Stacker Shelves by Rolling Shelves includes 3/4 extension slides. If you purchase the full extension slides instead, they would replace the 3/4 extension and would come pre mounted. |
