	I purchased an air filter. Unfortunately it arrived very bent. I called customer service to let them know. I was asked to send them pictures which I did. A little bit less than a week later I received a 2nd one in perfect condition. I didn't have to go through the process of returning the bent one either, which is always a good thing! It went into the garbage.
