| Did a lot of research, and while this pantry system is not cheap...you get what you pay for. Rock solid, smooth gliding even when weighed down. Installation was a little tricky. I recommend looking at youtube videos showing install. If you dry fit the unit to understand how it works and get your offset from cabinet face correct, everything will be fine once you put the screws in. Awesome unit with wow factor ! |

| This is a much heavier duty unit than what our kitchen contractor installed when our cabinets were replaced. The instructions are not very clear on installation. What should have been a couple hour job turned into more than a day. Very good design and enough adjusting capabilities to get the doors aligned with other cabinets adjacent to the tall organizer. |

| We had several Hafele products installed when our kitchen was renovated in 1998. We liked them very much. Recently the pantry pull-out became difficult to open. A contractor, not the original installer, couldn't find any way to correct the problem so we purchased a new pull-out.
The new device was similar to but not identical to the original and, for example, we could not use the baskets from the old device and had to buy new.
Our contractor installed the new pull-out but it had the same problems as the old one.
To cut a long story short, after a number of phone calls to dealers, Hafele, and others, we found an experienced installer. Although we live in populous central New Jersey the nearest experienced installer was over 60 miles away. He fixed the problems and the device now works as advertised.
So be warned. While we recommend the products, you need to make sure that you use a contractor who has plenty of Hafele experience. |

| Regarding the Hafele full extension pantry pull out, does the frame include the front facing door? I see if is available in champagne or silver, but I can't tell if the "Frame" includes the front facing cabinet to the door. I'm assuming so. Our existing pantry is 78 tall by 18 wide. This looks like a great product to use in that existing space, but I want to know if our existing cabinet door would be replaced by the Hafele "frame" door. I hope that makes sense. | The item does not include the door itself; when ordering item #546.62.812, you will just receive the Frame only, as shown in image: Click here - This is for use with your own cabinetry and door. Then you would also need to purchase the baskets to go with the frame. |

| Item HA-546.62.910 is just the frame, you also need to purchase the baskets you will be using with this unit.
