	From the picture it is not obvious, but does the bottom shelf rotate? How does the unit attach at the top and bottom? 		Yes, all the shelves rotate. There are mounting plates at the top and bottom on the pole that screw into place using #8 x 1/2” screws. Installation Instructions can be found here: Click here
