	Hello. I recently bought this for a client, and she wonders if there is any way to adjust the lift pistons because the pull-down force required is pretty crazy. It really takes both hands and sustained force to get the bar to swing downward. I cannot find any direct contact for Hardware Resources online, so I'm coming to you. 		If the unit is difficult to pull down, it is due to the springs inside the mechanism. The springs are as strong as they are to ensure the unit stays upright when in the closed position and fully loaded. Unfortunately, there is no adjustment to make it easier to pull down.
