The KRAUS Air Gap kit prevents contamination in your dishwasher. Required by many state plumbing codes, the air gap prevents dirty water from flooding the dishwasher. The kit includes a durable ABS plastic air gap body and a solid brass cap, and the cover installs flush to the sink deck or countertop. The cover comes in a variety of finishes to match your kitchen faucet, and detailed instructions are included for easy installation.
