The Contempo 70:30 Double Bowl Sink by Houzer features a sleek, zero-radius design that boldly challenges the traditional rounded-corner look found on most kitchen sinks and brings an ultra-modern look to the countertop. The sink is constructed from scratch-resistant, 18-gauge, type 304 stainless steel. The steel is durable and handles even the heaviest loads of dishes with ease. The ¼" Mega-Shield ™ foam insulation covers every square inch underneath the sink basin and is applied over dense, sound absorbing pads that reduce most sink noise from running water to dishes bumping the sink. The kitchen sink comes with matching strainers and features rear-set drains. The sink is available with the small bowl on the right or the left to accommodate all kitchen designs. Two WireCraft Bottom Grids and an Endura Cutting Board are avaliable separately. The bottom grids, designed for a perfect fit in both bowl sizes, sit on rubber boots to aid in drainage and also protect the sink bottom from excessive wear.
