| The stainless steel grates are close together and with the rubber pads, it really seems to muffle the sound.
The hole for the garbage disposal, for us, is somewhat out of alignment, but it is workable. This item was made for a Blanco sink. I could not obtain the manufacturer for our sink, but this model was the closest we could find. |

| I have a really nice stainless sink but my grate was old and showing the wear. I saw this one on line and it was a bit pricey but it appeared to be a good one. I received it promptly, well packaged and I am very happy with the quality of it. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality stainless grate of this size. |

| The grid fits my older Blanco sink perfectly and looks well made. The only problem was that it was shipped in a flimsy cardboard box without any padding and the package arrived with all four feet of the grid poking through the cardboard on the outside of the package. As a result, one of the plastic protectors on the feet was broken, leaving bare metal exposed. I took a plastic protector off my old grid and that works okay (and so avoided the hassle of returning it) but was shocked that such a nice product would be shipped in such a careless manner. |

 | This particular grid is only intended to fit the Balnco sink model # 510-871 only and Empire will not provide that dimensions as they state it is not intended to fit any other brand sink. For a grid that matches your sink you would need to find the manufacturer of your sink for a matching grid. The reason for this is that the radius in the front and on the corners can be different from one brand sink to another. Please give us a call if you are able to determine the brand of sink that you have, and we will find you the correct grid. |
