| This utility cabinet arrived within 6 working days and was in perfect condition when removed from tne boxes (two). The quality of the wood was outstanding and there was not one piece of "pressed" wood! The stain matched our cabinets and we are very pleased. The granite top was also excellent! |

| Although the first cart sent to me had problems with the alignment of the factory-made holes and could not be assembled properly, customer service was very accommodating and sent me a whole new cart. Also, the first granite top was chipped, and they replaced that, too. The cart looks good and provides that bit of extra storage space so welcome in a NYC kitchen. |

| Easy instructions to understand. My friend's wife took charge and put it together with me helping in about an hour and a half.
The only thing I replaced were the door and drawer handles--real cheep looking ones included. The replacement handles I bought at Lowes (bronze, 96 mm) look great. I will probably replace the door hinges with bronze and the towel rack with the same.
Would recomment to friends. I am sure my friend's wife will consult for a fee (just kidding-I think I could have done it with help).

| The kitchen cart is a great looking piece of furniture. I only have two criticisms. One, there where way too many pieces to put together. The instructions said that the drawer would be delivered in separate box, already assembled, and that would have been nice. Putting it together was quite time consuming but the instructions were easy to follow. Secondly, the side panels aren't as nice as the front ones they are made of thinner pieces of wood and not of the same quality. |
