	The materials, packaging, and directions were unbelievably well-prepared. Solid wood (no mdf particle board) makes for very sturdy construction. The packaging is over-the-top in a great way and allows no damage whatsoever to occur. Each part is clearly labeled with stickers that accurately match the printed directions. There are numerous screws and fasteners. Each type of screw and fastener is package in its own bag and is clearly labeled. I was very impressed with the speedy delivery as well. Kitchensource also followed up with a thank you note from a person instead of a randomly generated note. This has been a very satisfying purchase in every way.

	Searched for just the right sized cart to fit in a small area of my kitchen but it had to fit a large microwave on the top. Ordered on a Tuesday and the following Monday it was delivered by UPS. Arrived in two boxes and needed assembled which my daughter and I did with no problem. Good instructions and the parts were clearly labeled. The cart is quality constructed, good paint with nice roll out drawers. One hinge is a tad bent so one door hangs lower than the other but not by much. The price was lower than a few months ago when I saw it online. I would definitely order this cart again and order from this company. Their fast service was wonderful.

	Delivery was swift. The packaging was strong and the product arrived in excellent condition. It was organized in the package in logical order and the parts were easy to find and identify. 	My husband just put this together - the instructions were GREAT and all the accessories (screw sets etc.) are individually wrapped and labeled. Each of the furniture pieces is also labeled. I haven't seen any directions for assembly of furniture as well made as this one! All the pieces are sturdy and well made. The drawer pieces are thin but considering how small the drawers are, it should not be a problem. The assembled cart/stand looks just like on the picture :-), a beautiful piece of furniture. The wood top looks like Parawood, very nice. I've shopped around locally for carts (JC Penney, Wal-Mart, Target etc.) and did not see a well made piece at this one - they all appeared to be cheaply made out of pressed wood. Some of them were a bit cheaper but the quality left a lot to be desired. You can't go wrong with this one, it'll look great and last for many years! Last, not least, the customer service at Kitchensource.com was absolutely fantastic. I called before I placed the order online (I could have placed it on the phone but preferred online ordering) to check and see if the item is in stock and how long shipping would take. I was called back immediately and the customer service representative was very nice and pleasant. I had a shipping email in my inbox the very next day. Keep up the great work, guys!
