These Kitchen Islands by John Boos measure in multiple widths and will provide you with a large work surface and useful storage. This island features a 1-3/4 inch thick butcher block top that is made from beautiful Solid Northern Maple. The elegance of the islands solid hard maple body is accentuated with various available base finishes. An 8" drop leaf on the long side of this kitchen island bar offers more room for any task. Although not pictured, a wood utensil drawer is standard with this Island, providing plenty of storage for all of your gourmet tools. Two lower slatted shelves make even more storage space available. The unique blend of warmth, beauty and function found in this Kitchen Island make it a vital addition to your home.

| Unfortunately, John Boos does not offer paint samples, however, you can go to a local Sherwin Williams paint store and get samples of the paint as that is the paint John Boos uses. |

Can you manufacture this without the drop leaf or can it be easily removed? We have a limited amount of space as city dwellers and won't need it.
