| This is a beautiful addition to my kitchen. I wanted a space to make bread. My Kitchen Aid mixer and Breville food processor fit underneath (off the counter, yay!). It is very sturdy. My husband had to drill the holes better to fit the screws, but it assembled easily. The wheels lock and it does not move. I like that I could move it out of the room if needed and take with me if we move! |

| I am very happy with our purchase and pleased we did not go with a lesser product due to price. It is very well constructed although it could use some manufacturing improvement. Thie wood used is very hard as would be expected with pilot holes for the legs pre-drilled. The leg plate leave little room to get a power drill aligned let alone knuckles if you intend to use a screw driver which I think would be quite difficult. Be sure to use a titanium or carbon bit for you power drill. I blew out several blades of my bits made of hardened steel. A final note: treat the board with food grade mineral oil 5-6 times before use. It is easy but the wood sucks the oil up. That is a good thing. |

| Sanitize your cutting board by wiping all surfaces down with mild dish soap and water. A minimum of once a month (depending upon the use and household conditions), apply an even coat of Boos® Mystery Oil to the entire surface of your wood cutting board using a cloth or disposable towel. Allow the Mystery Oil to fully penetrate through the wood fibers over night, then wipe off any excess oil. Apply additional oil to any visible dry spots or for any other necessary reasons. |
