|excellent quality! exactly what I was expecting of a John Boos product.
|Are the dimensions (30" wide x 24" deep) the size of the butcher block top? Or do those dimensions include the towel bar also? Thanks, Ken - Asked about product JB-KI1056|
|The butcher block top itself is 30"W; then with the towel bar, the unit becomes 34"W.

|How would you clean the butcher's block (table top) for the John Boos "Cecina D'Amico Kitchen Cart" if you were to literally use the top as a cutting board. Does it come off or is there a way to clean it w/o making a mess? - Asked about product JB-KI1056|
|Sanitize your cutting board by wiping all surfaces down with mild dish soap and water. A minimum of once a month (depending upon the use and household conditions), apply an even coat of Boos® Mystery Oil to the entire surface of your wood cutting board using a cloth or disposable towel. Allow the Mystery Oil to fully penetrate through the wood fibers over night, then wipe off any excess oil. Apply additional oil to any visible dry spots or for any other necessary reasons.
