The Cucina D'Amico Wine Cart from John Boos is a must-have for the avid wine enthusiast and novice alike. The hard rock maple butcher block top with end grain construction and a Varnique finish makes a great food preparation surface. The durable and attractive base is made from food service grade stainless steel and features a double wine rack shelving system. These shelves allow you to keep a wide selection of wine bottles close at hand. The cart also features a stainless steel towel rack and commercial grade 3" locking casters. An electric outlet strip provides a place to plug in appliances.

 | Item JB-CUCD15WC is about 7-7/8" from the bottom of casters. If you absolutely wanted to remove the shelf, you could; however the cart is made for it, so it might not be as stable without the shelf. |
