Description:
This Stainless Steel Prep Table by John Boos makes the perfect baker's table. Constructed from stainless steel with a 1-3/4" thick maple butcher block top, this bakery prep table features 4" riser on three sides to keep ingredients on the work surface and off the floor. The Maple Butcher Block Top is protected by an oil finish to ensure a long-lasting life. The stainless steel base features an under shelf with a bun pan rack that can hold eight 18" x 26" baking pans making it ideal for commercial use. The under shelf is secured in a fixed position 12" above the floor, and this rolling cart features 5" diameter heavy-duty locking casters for ease of mobility. The Bakery Prep Tables are easy to assemble. You can choose to show off that the top is a Boos Block by including the logo on your Bakery Prep Table.
