	This island is sturdy and very handsome. I am very happy with it. The only word of caution that I have is that the "cottage oak" finish is darker than I expected and darker than the picture online. But it is lovely in my kitchen!

	We love this kitchen island and the bar stools. It did took us some efforts to move the pieces to the second floor and assemble them together. The instructions were easy to follow. But the packages are really heavy. A drawer got stuck to the top piece, but we were able to get it out using a screw driver.

	Very well made and finish is fine. Assembly was easy, instructions good, and packaging excellent. On our unit, one end post was not drilled for installing the end shelves and there were no bolt inserts (metal) in the top of post to connect the island top to. We were able to overcome this with a laser level and drill, along with wood glue, and this was discouraging -- most would have sent it back. Overall, we are very pleased and would purchase again. Would be 5 stars if not for the noted manufacturing error.
