| Let me start by saying the Crosley Kitchen Cart/Island is sturdy, looks great in the kitchen and we use it all of the time as a cutting board with no major scratches thus far. But that's not why I'm writing this review. The review is to thank Crosley and Kitchensource.com for the wonderful customer service I recently received. One of the doors on our island broke off and was damaged beyond repair - I wrote into Kitchensource to advise them of the issue. After figuring out which door it was, they reached out to Crosley and no questions asked, they shipped me a new door within a couple of days. Thank you so much to Kitehensource for the customer service agent who assisted me with my request and to Crosley who, without hesitation, shipped me a replacement door so we now have a complete island again. |

| Assembly was quite complicated and would be very difficult with one person. Follow the directions. There were a few cams that when tightend began to pull the bolts through the material. Other than that. Great product, awesome counter top. My fiance and I love it. |

| The cart was everything I wanted in extra storage and goodlooking. The quality of the product surprised my husband as he thought it would be mostly particle board not wood. The only problem was not being advised in the directions to not screw the cambolt screws in too far. It made the camlocks difficult to lock until we figured it out. Otherwise the directions were very clear.Thanks for a great product. |

| After reading all the other reviews on kitchen islands of this size, I went with the Crosley and am very happy I did.
Lots of little pieces but it was all packed extremely well and went together well.
I got the drawer slides on backwards but was able to fix that no problem and it makes a huge difference in our kitchen.

| I recently purchased this item to add additional storage to my kitchen. It sits beneath the picture window in my kitchen and blends nicely with my color scheme. It is a nice looking quality product. Even as we were putting it together it didn't feel like the cheaper styles that are on the market and certainly doesn't look like the cheaper styles. The drawers have nice smooth drawer slides and the cabinet doors fit snugly with their connections and fasteners. Very pleased with the product to date. |

| This product is the perfect solution for my space and needs, and when we got it together it was sturdy. The problem is in putting it together. We are skilled DIY renovators, and when putting this piece together had to go get longer screws, thinner screws, and even nails. The wood that you must screw into is very thin and cracked, along with the plastic casing around the pre-drilled holes. Many of the holes were drilled too big, too. Again, I must say that when we got it together it was remarkably sturdy, but it took more than the average assembly skills to get it to that state. |

| After a long search online we picked this model in white to use in our newly remodeled kitchen. It ships in two boxes, the larger of which is very heavy. It took two of us three hours to assemble the unit. The parts are all very well labeled and the instructions are clear and well illustrated.
One note of caution. Despite the claim by one reviewer that some screws are too short be very careful using longer screws. We used one that was a bit too big and it split the piece of wood. A little wood glue and a spot of paint and no one will ever know, but it was still a close call.
For the money we don't think that you will find anything better than this island. |

| A very good product which comes with easy to follow instructions, therefore the unit is easy to assemble. Once together the unit is very stable.
An outstanding company to deal with. Our unit was arrived in a rain storm, and we did not notice the shipping container was saturated with gasoline or diesel fuel. Two days later when we went into our 1st floor apartment, there was a terrible smell. It smelled just like a gas station. The odor was embedded in the packing material and in the unit itself. We tried wiping it down with vinegar and left it air out in the sun, which was not successful. We called kitchen source and explained the situation. Without hesitation they agreed to replace thew unit at no cost. Four days later the replacement unit was delivered.
We highly recommend doing business with Kitchen Source, and we will not hesitate to us them in the future. |

| the screws were to short and we had to buy our own. i would suggest buying your own connectors as these strip out and break. the parts should have been labeled up or down, or left or right. this would save time having to redo when you realize it is in the wrong place. the instructions were not very helpful with this. the unit looks good when finally put together and serves the purpose we bought it for. |
