Note to the seller....
-It would help if parts were labeled with a removable sticker.
-some of the plugs that hide screws are too small and fall out.
-The directions for the towel bar are very poorly written.
-the drawer front falls off, the cam fitting keeps loosening.
-whoever came up with the method of holding a little itty bitty screw seideways in a hole while you thread a screw in to hold the parts together, needs to find a better method. People with big fingers, arthritis, or less than perfect small motor skills in a silly tight spot really have troubles with these steps. |

| Originally we were going to put out microwave on the top shelf, but once assembled the microwave looked very top-heavy. We ended up putting out Cuisinart in the cubby and it loos like it was made for it. The butcher block look matches perfectly with our butcher block counter tops. Inside shelving was ok... but overall we love this stand. Very durable! |

| In summary, it's worth the money. I took off one star for reasons mentioned below. We'd seen the same product on other sites at twice the cost. Some reviewers don't like the particle board back and shelves with veneer. Not a big deal to us, as the bulk of the unit is solid butcher block and looks great! Our only gripe was damaged pieces (drawer sides broken off at deep groove, and a damaged back panel bottom corner)due to poor packaging by the manufacturer. Those pieces were quickly replaced by the manufacturer. Also, the supplied screws for the drawer slides were too small ... the slides mounting holes were bigger than the screws, despite the manufacturer supplying two sizes of screws to prevent this very problem. They need to keep tabs on their current screw vendors and make sure the screws will hold the slides. I just found screws around that would work. In conclusion, we'd highly recommend this product to anyone. We gained a whole lot of counter space once we got this for our microwave and convection toaster oven, and it looks awesome. |

| Moderately difficult to assemble...everything is screwed together. Doors are set on pins rather than metal hinges so won't take a lot of heavy use. The drawer rests on a single wooden track rather than two metal ones. The cabinet is mostly solid wood with some "engineered" pieces. I like it overall and as long as doors and drawer are not overused, it should last a while. |

| We are very happy with this cart, purchased to replace an older cart that was a bit too small for a new microwave we recently purchased. The cart arrived quickly and was relatively easy to assemble. (The back panel of the cart was damaged in shipping, but a replacement part was sent very quickly.)
The cart is very attractive and, when treated with butcher block oil or mineral oil, really shines. One nice feature of the cart, not made clear in the description, is that it can be assembled so that the towel bar is on either the right or left side.
Overall, a high-quality product. We definitely would recommend this to others. |
