| 12 pages of instructions were a lot but I asked a friend to assemble the butcher block table for me and he did a great job....took 5 plus hours but I am thrilled.
It would compliment any kitchen and the locking wheels are great. |

| Bought this to have extra cupboard space for my kitchen gadgets (bread machines, steamer, etc). Love the rolling ability because it will also be used to extend counter space when preparing things. It took me 2 hours to put together - alone with no power screwdriver (not counting the time to count all the pieces to make sure everything is there).

also we transported this from our residence in florida,and upon opening here in canada found the straps used in packaging made 2 dents in the top chooper block piece,we realize you would replace, but don't ship to canada and shipping if so would be too costly,other than that we love the item |

| This island would be able to be painted, however the oil finish would need to be lightly sanded off. You would want to use a clear coating over the paint to ensure the wood will not dry out underneath. |

| The cart is completely unassembled. There are step by step instructions and Catskill does offer phone support. A granite top would be very heavy so we would suggest taking the casters off the unit and making it a stationary unit. Taking the casters off would lower the island by 2”. |

| There is no reason why you wouldn't be able to, you would just need to find casters locally that would fit the cart. This would null in void the warranty on the item. |
