Description:

One inch thick solid domestic birch hardwood top, braces, legs, doors, and drawer makes these islands sturdy as well as elegant. A fold out breakfast area gives you extra space when you want it and folds away when you don't. Four heavy duty wheel casters conveniently give the kitchen islands a roll about function, while two locks can keep the cart firmly in place. An oil finish enhances the natural beauty of the wood. These kitchen cabinet islands also have great storage space. One center drawer is large enough for many kitchen utensils. Underneath the large drawer, there are two cabinets.

| The drop leaf can not be put on the front of the top. There would be no clearance for the drop leaf supports to be pulled out and the drop leaf would hang over the drawer and doors. |

| The Dimensions are accurate. The width is taken from left to right of the island. The ‘Overall’ Width includes the towel and spices racks while, the Top with drop leaf up ‘Width’ is just the countertop. The ‘Depth’ is what changes on the island due to the leaf up vs. down.
