| We should have known there may be a problem when my husband actually had to help the UPS delivery man carry one of the boxes from his truck. The butcher block work center is basically assembled with the top inverted on the floor. Once assembled, it must be turned upright. This definitely requires two people unless you're a body builder. It is very sturdy and woods are beautiful! The drawer is nice and deep and the handle and towel racks are attractive. It will meet our needs perfectly. |

| I bought this island about 9 months ago to replace a cheaper island. This island is perfect. I can store quit a bit in the drawer and it has just the right amount of butcher block space for me to prep anything I am cooking. |
