	If I do not install the leveler feet can casters slip in there place? And if so which ones and what is the final height? - Asked about product CA-1925

	I've look at some "Butcher Block" Carts that you CAN NOT chop on safely. Can I chop on this one? And, is it heat resistant? Can I put a hot pot on it right off of the stove? - Asked about product CA-1925
		Yes, you can chop on the Catskill carts. They are not finished with any type of lacquer (domestic only), they are finished with mineral oil. It would be heat resistant but you may get some scorching on the wood if the pan is hot enough. It can be sanded out though.
