| Instructions are limited. Many items missing in the paper version. Got frustrated and went online, instructions are more detailed and fill in the missing pieces - but do not follow the same order as the paper document. Drawer is a disappointment as the cover doesn't tighten enough and doesn't close well.
Overall the piece is very nice looking and a nice addition to our kitchen, providing extra space until we remodel. Very solid |

| The unit is really nice once it is completed. It was mildly difficult to get this piece put together, partially because the directions could be better. Once I figured out how to decipher what the directions actually meant, it got much easier.
Don't let this deter you though - very nice unit. |

| If the assembly had been less exasperating, there would have been 5 stars. I'm reasonably handy and pretty good at following directions, but quickly turned this project over to my son. I became the "able assistant." Even with his considerable skills and better tools, it was a tough go. When I called customer service (5 stars there!), I was told the kitchen island is the most difficult pieces to assemble. No kidding! Yay for the "made in America" aspect, by the way. |

| I love my kitchen island. It's great and so easy to use in the kitchen for both storage and cooking prep. The only request I would have had is to include (1) xtra part of each of the major pieces as I lost a screw and had to find a mediocre replacement at Home Depot. |
