Description:
Sullivans’ Sleeve Ironing Board is the ultimate in portable convenience. Measuring at just 21 inches long and only 4 inches high when opened, it’s the solution to your ironing needs no matter how tight the space. Its compact size makes it ideal for travelers who just don’t have much space to spare. This board comprises two ironing surfaces – one, a 21-inch long board and a 19-inch long board. When opened, the surface you don’t need serves as a base to sit on any flat surface. The two different sized boards give you plenty of flexibility based on your needs. The small sizes of each make it great not only for portability’s sake, but for ironing and pressing usually hard to reach areas, like shirt sleeves. But it’s still handy enough for you to iron a garment of any size. Each board cover is coated with Teflon to provide a smooth ironing surface. If you’re always on-the-go, this is the board for you!

| This is well made & has two size boards to assist with various sleeve diameters.
The ironing surfaces are nicely padded and have the reflecting heat cover.
It does collapse flat for storage.
Also, I keep it near my sewing machine because I discovered that it is very handy for pinning up pant leg hems, etc.!

| Have been looking for a folding (takes up less space) two-sided (wide sleeve and narrow sleeve) sleeve ironing board for several years to replace the one I got when first married almost 50 years ago. This one is made of pressboard instead of solid wood and is about 3/4 of an inch shorter than the old one but otherwise does a nice job. I was going to also buy the replacement cover to use on the old tattered one but the new version is too short. The new cover is made of thinner material than the old and the cushioning below is a thinner synthetic that looks a bit fragile. The drawstring around the cover's edge is also quite thin. But it's a decent replica all-in-all given today's economic realities of the high cost of materials and labor. |

| This is exactly like the sleeve board that my Grandmother had back when I was growing up. I love the fact that there are two sizes (small and smaller). With a couple of granddaughters interested in the American Girl dolls, my sewing machine is gong to get dusted off so some small doll clothes can be sewn and this board will help with all the small sized details involved with doll clothes sewing. |

| I've been using this for probably 20 years and finally dropped it one too many times and broke the mechanism inbetween the two boards. But I love the design of this sleeve board. I use the larger ends to iron sleeve heads and the narrower ends for all kinds of things that need to be pressed that are tiny areas. It travels easily and is one of the essentials in my sewing supplies. I couldn't locate a replacement anywhere and was using the two parts separately until I found the Kitchen Source website. I was sooo happy to be able to get another. It's a superior tool! |

| The dimensions for this ironing cover when folded is 2".

| The two sizes that you are seeing are the two sides of this unit, it is reversible. One side is the larger board which is 21" W x 5" D x 2" H and the other is the smaller board which is 19" W x 4" D x 2" H. Each board is 2 inches in height so when the unit is closed is a total of 4 inches tall. |
