About Imperial:
Imperial Cal. Products, Inc. began as a one-man operation. In 1961, founder Frank C. Flentye began manufacturing economy range hoods from his San Fernando Valley, California garage. As his operation expanded, Flentye remained devoted to creating high end styles with an emphasis on quality, style and value. In 2006 Flentye turned the company over to his employees, and operations continue to be held in an impressive 35,000-square-foot facility in Brea, California. Imperial has come strides from that Southern California garage, but the value of American-made craftsmanship still remains.
