The Hardware Resources MDB Series Full Extension Heavy Duty Soft-Close Metal Drawer Box System is a full extension, heavy-duty soft-close metal drawer box system made from steel and with a white powder-coated finish. It includes two galley rails and a taller rear bracket for taller drawers, with front cams for vertical and horizontal drawer front adjustment. You can easily remove the drawer front using the release cam, and it is recommended to use 5/8" material for the drawer bottom and back, with 10mm (3/8") dowels for drawer front installation. The slides are concealed in the drawer sides and is only suitable for frameless applications. Wooden parts are not included in the standard metal drawer box system, making it ideal for higher-end commercial and residential applications. It is Grade 1 ANSI/BHMA certified and can handle up to 50,000 cycles with a dynamic weight rating of 100 lbs. It is suitable for use in kitchens.
