 I wanted something that would look good, but be durable. Because this is plastic, it is easy to clean. I do not like the straight edges of most cutlery trays, so the rounded shape of the divisions works well for me. The faux wood looks realistic. It was easy to trim to size, and the dimension chart made it easy to pick the right size. The only downside is that my steak knives have poked holes in the tip of the division in which they are stored. I'm the only one who notices though. I will buy again.

 AnswerYes, you would have to choose design B and trim it down. It is for drawer depth of 21-1/4", but its depth can be trimmed down to 19-1/4" as well.

 AnswerWith the dimensions you have, you are going to want something that is trimmable in both the depth and the width. I would suggest looking at the Hafele HA-556.99.104 Hafele Wooden Cutlery Tray Drawer Inserts ( Click here ), as you can trim these to size.
