The JU-210062 SmartStation Collection Presentation Board by JULIEN includes 3 interchangeable Stainless Steel plates for different applications. With the unique drain plate, this board can be also used as water station tray. It also features a flat plate and a hole plate perfect for pushing those scraps into to. This presentation board is profiled to sit perfectly on Fira sink accessory ledge or used on countertop and designed to match with other SmartStation Walnut accessories (each items sold separately). Treated with penetrating beeswax to seal wood moisture, this board is made of 1-1/2" thick solid walnut, edge grain construction for high quality and durability. Safe for all food preparation.
