 So solid, easy to clean, perfect to slice/dice/carve Anything!! Boos never disappoints ;o] Maintenance is very easy with an occasional, overnight oil. Would recommend to everyone, we have several, they are invincible, and, wonderful to hand off to kiddos, and, grands someday.

 LOVE this board so much. I can't stop staring at it on the countertop, it's so luxurious! Definitely worth it to get the oil and cream, it made a notable difference in color (deeper) plus it protects the board. You won't regret buying this!
