Description:
The Solid Hard Rock Maple makes these Reversible Cutting Boards by John Boos sturdy and durable in your kitchen. With Edge Grain construction, the boards area solid 2-1/4" thick. The Edge Grain is the hardest surface of the wood and boasts a clean, slick look. These boards are ideal for food prep as well as for serving and presenting your food on. Available in multiple sizes, the boards have a Boos Block Cream Finish with Beeswax and are approved by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF), making them sanitary for your kitchen. The boards ship via UPS/FedEx Ground.

| You wouldn't want to leave it outside, because the natural elements could warp it or crack it if it dries out. Please read the maintenance instructions in the additional information section as you need to properly care for the board to improve the life of it. It needs to be oiled at least once a month, and there are specific cleaning instructions. |
