Description:
The Newton Prep Master III by John Boos offers a unique feature that makes the cutting board extra convenient for any home chef. The juice groove channel sits over a built-in draining pan. The 2-1/4” thick Northern Hard Rock Maple top is crafted with Edge Grain construction. Finished in boos block cream with beeswax, this board has a routed, sloped juice groove all around the outside edge. The 24" x 18" large rectangular board is reversible with a removable stainless steel condiment pan.

 This cutting board is a great size for everyday use as well as for handling your holiday preparation needs. The height is very much appreciated over thinner cutting boards. The multi-use tray is flexible and helps with reducing prep time.

 Re-doing my kitchen. My silverware drawer cabinet was just the right size for this item. Put a false top over drawers and edged cabinet with a rubber gasket and sat the cutting board on top. Looks and works great. Can flip and remove.
