This Square Chopping Block from John Boos provides the ideal spot for dicing and slicing. The cutting board is square in shape and is made of hard maple with a beautiful Edge Grain construction. Edge grain provides the hardest side of the wood for cutting on and is easy on your knives. The non-reversible chopping block sits up off the countertop with wooden bun feet., making it an attractive piece to display in your kitchen. Ships via FedEx/UPS Ground.

| I've been looking for a good and sturdy block with feet for quite some time. My mom had one like this when I was growing up and I always remember it being solid and so convenient to chop since it was a little higher than most cutting boards. This is EXACTLY what I was looking for and remember fondly. Beautiful wood and came with the boos oil to condition it before use. So pretty it remains on my countertop full time. :) |
