The Chopping Block Collection 3'' Cutting Board by John Boos is a functional and elegant kitchen accessory. The thick End Grain design boasts it's fabulous checkerboard design with self healing properties. Made In the U.S.A, constructed of hard rock maple or black walnut, this cutting board has a Boos Block® Cream w/ Beeswax finish to prevent cracking, bleaching and drying. Available in a rectangular or square shape, the board is reversible with hand grips and comes in many sizes. Able to provide a reliable cutting surface, this chopping block is safe for all food preparations and perfect for any professional chef or amateur.

| There was a problem shipping the 2nd of the two blocks I ordered in my initial order. This short shipment was the manufacturer John Boos' mistake (not Kitchen Source's) and Kitchen Source customer service was quick to look into it with the manufacturer. It eventually arrived but the delay and extra work on my part was a bit troublesome. |

| I have looked many places for a board like this, and was just about to send the order, but couldn't justify the big dent in my bank account! The Boo's board is classic, modern, and built well. I wiped mine down, and put it on a folded paper towel, so it would slide to different locations on my countertop. Keep the board oiled, and flip to the other side to wear evenly. Don't go anywhere else... I've been there! |

| I bought this as a gift for my son who's a Chef. After looking all over and reading reviews I choose this John Boos board. It is absolutley beautiful!!!
