This Versatile Reversible Flat Grain Carving Board is a staple in every kitchen. Crafted from Sustainable Harvested Domestic Hardwood, one side features a "Holding-Wedge" that grips poultry or roasts to keep them from slipping during carving and a juice groove to catch the run-off juices. The Reverse side can be used for regular cutting and chopping needs and has a deep, wide moat to collect juices or hold garnishes. This board is available in 3 sizes ensuring you can find the perfect fit for your kitchen.
