| My Boos butcher block counter top is perfect. At 27"x60"x4" thick, it weighed 284 lbs. It arrived well packed in plywood and on a pallet. It installed easily on my new island cabinets. It is a wonderful addition to my ktchen.
My only comment is that it is tll. It is 2" taller than my other counters, but that is because the top is thick. I like this because I am a little taller, but if someone were short or worked a lot directly over their food (kneading dough for example) you might want to custom order the cabinets or base a bit short. |
