	It works about 85% of the time, but when you place the wires into them a "slice" will tend to dip downwards, which makes you have to wedge them into (let's keep going with the pizza analogy) the crust side of the slices. I have an adjustable standing desk so deal with more movement with my wires/grommets than a stagnant desk, and the wires have fallen out here and there. The design could be better, maybe connecting the center area so the slices don't dip downwards, making them only good enough for one wire per slit. And the slits toward the back aren't useful, since the wires all lean toward the front for my connected laptop.
