This fully assembled round closet rod is crafted from heat-resistant extruded aluminum with a durable powder-coated finish and features a polycarbonate lens. It is field trimmable, allowing up to 3 inches to be adjusted from each end to ensure a perfect fit. One of the standout features of this lighted closet rod is its tunable white light capability, which ranges from warm white to daylight white, catering to various lighting needs and preferences. It boasts a high Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 90, ensuring true color representation, and has a rated life of 50,000 hours. Moreover, the LED light does not emit any ultraviolet (UV) or infrared (IR) rays, making it safe for use with clothing and other materials. Installation is a breeze with the included flange set, and the fixture features two-wire connectors on either end for easy setup. The wire entry can be on either the left or right side, providing flexibility in installation. With 78 diodes per foot and an LED beam angle of 120° degrees, the rod offers consistent and efficient illumination. The LED spacing is a precise 1/4 inch, utilizing 2835 SMD type LEDs. Operating within a temperature range of -4°F to 140°F (-20°C to 60°C), this fixture is suitable for various indoor environments, including dry, damp, or wet locations. It is also dimmable from 5% to 100% with a compatible dimmer, which is sold separately, allowing for customizable brightness levels. For installations over 48 inches in length, an optional center or top-mounted support is required for maximum stability. Additional accessories such as wireless LED controllers, slide dimmers, and wall plates are available for purchase separately, enhancing the functionality and convenience of the lighting system. The fixture is UL listed and cULus listed, ensuring it meets stringent safety standards. This lighted closet rod requires a 24V DC power supply, which can be either plug-in play or hardwired, and for hardwired installations, 20/2 AWG stranded or solid wire is necessary.
