Description:
The Knape & Vogt Kitchen Base Cabinet Premium Mixer Lift Hardware Only allows for easy access for small appliances and storage without the heavy lifting. Raises effortlessly with a gas cylinder assist and locks securely into place. Included with hardware mechanism a right arm, a left arm, and mounting hardware. The mixer lift can be positioned and locked into place at two different levels: flush with counter or 2" below counter. There is a 60 lbs weight capacity, 30 lbs per arm.

| The KV-HAL-20 is the lift hardware only, the shelf is sold separately. If you purchase the 16" shelf, then it would require a 18-1/2" Opening. If you make your own shelf, the overall width would be the size of your top + 2-1/2". |

| Yes, the stand lift locks into place. Ease of returning to stow away position is moderate. To collapse, pull the release handle on the bottom side of hardware unit. |

| This Knape & Vogt Appliance and Kitchen Mixer Lift item is the hardware only. This is for use with your own custom shelf or you can purchase the 13 1/2" or 16 1/2" Shelf. Because you only have 12" of space, you can purchase the 13 1/2" shelf and trim it down to the size you would require. |
