Description:
For wood or aluminum doors, the Maxi Series Lift-Up Fitting Lid Stay by Hafele is clip mounted without tools on a pre-mounted bracket. Adjustable with a 3/8" hex key, the lift-up fitting can be left or right mounted.

| I am overall very happy with this product. Build quality was excellent and the price was reasonable. Website was a little tricky to find the right resistance rating for my application. Instructions were difficult to follow. I had to convert them to standard measures, and with mostly pictures it wasn't easy to figure out. |

 | There is likely a Maxi fitting that will work. But it depends a lot on the weight of the door and the opening application you would like. This fitting provides 4 different openings and each application will have different weight capacities for the same size door. Once an application is chosen, we will need to find the details of that application. The next step is to decide what opening angle is desired, then find the height of the door on the appropriate chart. Last we choose the proper version: A, B, C or D, based on the weight of the door.
