	I gave this product four stars for it's build quality and overall finish. First, I had to space out the bracket from my cabinet in order to clear the cabinet door adequately. I would like to see an inch added to the bracket with the dowels so that the installation would have to fabricate a solution to clear the door. Second, greater spacing between the dowels would help when placing cloths - it's just not as easy as I like to use. Again, quality is very good - execution could be a bit better. Alternate use: I used this to support my very heavy photo printer. It allows my printer to reside in a tight space on a shelf and pull out for access during use. Well made, and the extension length was perfect for my use.

	The only reason I gave this 4 stars is that the product comes without fasteners/screws....while that might be understood given that the seller does not know where the tray will be installed, it is reasonable to supply say 6 screws with an appropriate length and pan head....so I had to go to the hardware store to get several options and then figure out what would work best. Once I had the screws, the installation was simple, straightforward and the tray works great....

	This is sturdy, well built shelf. I think it was originally designed for the old CRT TV's. To make it work for my flat screen I needed to extend the width a bit with a piece of plywood. 	Although no screws or instructions were included, was easy to install and works well in our application (kitchen cabinet). Operates smoothly. Only comment is you can see the sliding mechanism under the shelf, so making the front lip a bit taller to cover that better would be a design enhancement. Otherwise, works like a charm.

	I'm using this television mount with a 52" LCD. The extention operation and swivel are smooth but, the shelve tilts when extended and swiveled to my viewing position. It should have been figured, the not so heavy gauge shelve is only connected to the adequate base by the one pivot. Watch the weight. This tv weighs 85 lbs.

	My TV cabinet is really a piece of furniture so when I switched to an HDTV, the new TV was recessed in the cabinet about 6 inches. Not really an issue when I was watching TV straight on. However, when I was off, slightly, to the right or the left of center, I couldn't see the whole TV. So I order this roll out, swivel shelf. It works just like the ones you have on the TV in hotel rooms. It worked perfectly! It was a snap to install, took less than 10 minutes. It actually took longer to assemble the tools and screws (not included)! Shipping was great too - I got the shelf in 4 days. 	Your site states this slide out swivel TV swivel mount is not compatible with flat screen TVs. I have a flat screen TV mounted on a 17.5" w X 10" d pedestal stand and weighs less than 50 lbs. Why will this not support my TV? - Asked about product HA-423.93.310
		Generally, flat screen TVs are not stable on this platform that is about 28’’W x 15-1/2’’D.

	It appears that the slides are meant to be fastened to a vertical wall and yet the table is too wide. So, am I to understand that I can fasten the slide to a horizontal shelf below? That would be great, but it just does not appear that way. Thanks for your help. - Asked about product HA-423.93.310
