| We have 2 narrow deep kitchen shelves beneath the counter that were difficult to access anything we stored in the cabinets. The wire sliding shelves were perfectly sized to do the job. Installation was no problem drilling 4 holes into the existing wood shelves, then attaching the base of the sliding shelves with provided screws. The shelves are heavy duty and look beautiful. | We recently renovated our kitchen. We love our new cabinets which have roll-outs everywhere except the bottom shelves of the pantry and beneath the sink. We were having to get on all fours to find anything there! These roll-out racks are just perfect--I was able to install two racks in the pantry which made that bottom shelf entirely accessible! And fortunately, there was just enough room under the sink on either side of the disposal for two 8" racks. They were all easy to install and will accommodate heavy items. Problems solved!! |

| I like the heavy duty construction and the drawer sliders feel very substantial. The only odd thing is that the basket itself is visibly out of square. It installed fine and works fine but I had to install it at an angle to make the front edge straight with my cabinet door. It looked kind of weird when it was empty but now that it is full of stuff it's not really noticeable. Since it's inside a cabinet it's not a big deal but it looked quite odd when I pulled it out of the box. |

| This is some nicely designed and manufactured product. The only complaint I have is on the assembly/installation guide.
On the two tier system we purchased there are two sliding brackets attached to the back of the top tier. The purpose of these brackets is to provide some support by being placed against the back of the cabinet. The guide tells you to pretty much assemble the unit and place into the cabinet, then fix in place with two wood screws to the inside edge of the cabinet space. Then you slide the brackets back until they contact the back plane of the cabinet. However if you have tightened all the hardware down as you have been instructed to the brackets will not slide.
Instead you should only install one counter sunk machine screw (CSMS) into the back of top guide/bracket piece. Install the screw loosely. Make certain the brackets can slide easily.
Now install the unit as described. When you slide the back wall brackets into place install the second CSMS into each guide/bracket piece and tighten both screws on each side.
Other than that, these unit really perform. |
