| These are true DIY shelves, so please be aware of that before ordering.
That being said, the shelves came with all the needed construct them, the directions are clear and come with pictures to help. I'm a 52-year-old English teacher, and I was able to construct the shelves (I ordered 9) myself. It may take some time, but I am very pleased with my results. |

The bottom shelf as pictured came in damaged but I didn't have time to go through the time-consuming task of returning it. I did review the order when I received an email asking me to and let them know I was unhappy having received a damaged product.

| I bought these because they were 30” and best price for drawers I could find. I added the base brackets which I think are little expensive but did make installation easy. Caution when screwing bottom onto the assembled sides to not get too far from edge or screw will come on the good side. Pilot holes would have been helpful. | My handyman said he couldn't make me roll out shelves at such a terrific price. They say they are unfinished but the bottom of the shelf is a smooth white laminate that will be easy to keep clean. The sides and front can be stained or just lacquered if you want to have the light colored wood. It's so much better than having to practically crawl into a floor cabinet to get to what's at the back. I love them. |

| One of the side brackets had minor shipping damage which I had bend out.
I followed the instructions to make my shelf one inch narrower that the narrowest point. I secured the side brackets with the 1/2" spacers provided. When fitting the shelf the brackets made the opening to narrow. In my opening the shelf should have been made 1/2" smaller than the opening not 1". I was able to compensate by taking one spacer out. |

| These rollout trays arrived unassembled in a box probably 2 weeks after I placed the order. I set up my portable tablesaw and cut the fronts, backs and bottoms all the same width as the directions showed. The sides dovetailed to the fronts and backs and I stapled the bottoms like I would normally if I was building the drawers in my shop instead of using the screws provided.
The trays went together beautifully and they installed into the cabinet easy. Note: the rear drawer guide sockets screw to the back of the cabinet. If your cabinet back won't hold a screw you need to use a strip of plywood or something as a secondary back to ensure the sockets will stay put. I saved a lot of time by using these trays vs building my own and am happy with the overall looks and quality. I will be using them more. |

| A bit expensive for 5 pieces of routered wood. BUT... they are the only self-install, fully width customizable units I've found.
Don't be fooled by the easy-sounding instructions. You DO need to have some "handyman" in you to get this job done. The instructions are VERY VAGUE on how to install the stilders.

| I bought 4 shelves. The directions are good, and should be followed precisely. (Many aren't.) Two of the bottoms were not quite square in my order, requiring a little trimming, but they installed fine.
A good bit of work is required, with some 40 small screws for each drawer. Installation is awkward for any cabinetry, this included. My drawers were a bit too wide, probably due to my inaccurate measurements, but fit fine when I sanded down the spacers.
The finish could have been smoother. I did some light sanding and put on some rubbing varnish. |

| For years, we had been living with pull out drawers in the top of the lower cabinets, but not in the bottom. It was a chore to use any of the items on the bottom shelf of the lower cabinets. | Quality made. Not for the novice. A miter saw or radial arm saw along with a table saw will make this look like a professional install. You can use a circular saw if need be. | As long as you have a true 24'' D, then the 24'' depth will work. Yes, the hardware is included. The sizes cannot be customized other than what you see in the drop-downs on the product page. As long as you are installing on a base or full shelf nothing else is required other than the shelf. |

| Hi, I am interested in purchasing two of these shelves for my pots and pans. I do need 27 inches wide though and was wondering if I could order them out to this size or do we need to do it. (No worries if you can't cut them- my husband can but would rather y'all do it!) I just want to make sure as well that you measure from the opening of the cabinet, like where the cabinet door hardware is. I have le creuset pots and pans and they can be somewhat heavy. | Yes, it will work for both framed & frameless cabinets, you just need to measure a little different. For the frameless, you measure the entire opening and you take 1" off for the glides. For the framed cabinet, you measure inside the frame of the cabinet and also remove an 1" for the glides. |

| The do it yourself series can be cut down by your or your installer to any size you would like. However, if you are looking for the item to be pre made in a custom size you would want to look at the pre assesmbled units instead at Click here - these are made 6 - 30" W in in 2" increments, and are all in even sizes. We can get a quote for you for a custom size however, to have the manufacturer make the item in 17" W to fit an 18" opening, the price on the item jumps up. If however, your overall opening is 17" then you would want the 16" which, with slides, would equal 17" overall and this would not have to be modified. | These cabinet pullouts are a DIY product that is shipped "knocked down". The pullouts need to be cut to the desired width and assembled.
If you are installing as is, it will fit into a 31-32" opening.
