| This is a very nice, well constructed shelf. I did have some installation challenges, however. One was self inflicted (sort of). Be sure and read the description CLOSELY before ordering. I failed to notice that I needed to order "L" brackets to mount full extension slides to a shelf . Secondly, the instructions are not clear on releasing the slide halves from each other. But, I got past those problems and would definitely order these again. |

| Just Delighted with our 2nd pullout shelf unit from KitchenSource. Takes a little adjustment to get the guides to allow easy movement of the shelves, but the brackets have L brackets welded to the bottom of them. And the L brackets have 3 holes, two of which are slotted to allow that adjustment. We ordered us unfinished and easily stained to match our cupboards & applied 2 coats of varathane to seal it. | This product was excellent, very nicely finished, no rough edges etc. the product worked as advertised. The only thing I would have liked was a more detailed installation instruction sheet. Two of the additional instructions/ information that I would have liked to see would be the pilot hole drill size for the mounting screws. I had to first go measure the screw size with a gauge that I have then review a chart to determine the pilot whole size. Why not just say that they are using a number 8 wood screw for mounting the rails (or whatever size they are providing). The other information that would be helpful would be the dimensions to mount the rails apart from each other. Even though the shelves are "Custom" they are really more of a "Made to Order" based on the selection of predetermined sizes, so it should not matter exactly what size the shelves are but that the rails need to me be mounted a certain distance wider than the shelf; i.e. if the shelf is 28 inches wide mount the rails 28 and 3/8 inches apart (not the actual dimension just an example)this extra amount should always be the same, just enough to accommodate the rollers. The directions indicate to set the shelf and rollers assembled into the cabinet and mark the locations needed to drill the mounting holes but you can't do this easily because you have to slide the shelf out to make the rear hole locations at the same time you are trying not to move the roller tracks which are not yet attached. Having the measurements ahead of time would greatly simplify this.
Other than the installations issues we are very happy with the shelves.

| Well built shelf, sturdy hardware,(I opted for the standard slides), and very easy installation. Two things to consider though. You do lose shelf space with these, and you need to anchor the back of the shelf down. When you pull the shelf forward it will tilt the entire shelf down. |

| I removed the style between 2 doors and fastened it to one of the doors, leaving a 32"W unobstructed opening. I purchased 2 pre-assembled, 2" narrower than max in order to be able to set a 3" deep saute pan, on edge, between the cabinet side and the drawer rail. Works perfectly. Easy to surface mount. Mounted upper with shelf removed then put it back. Happy wife:happy life. |

| I would rate this product 4.5 stars, but it won't let you do half stars. It is extremely well build with quality material. The only negative is that the roller attachment bars are for bottom shelves only. I had to get a little creative and drill holes in the bars since I also wanted one midway and attached the bar to the inside walls and not the bottom floor. |

| The product itself is great and ordering the pre-assembled shelves is definitely the way to go. In addition, my order was processed promptly, including assembly and shipping. I highly recommend these shelves for organization and easy access to pots, pans, and/or cans under shelves. My only complaint/suggestion was the poor installation instructions provided and with no paper templates for exact positioning and alignment for marking the screw holes for installing each sized shelf. With limited working space, it is virtually impossible to mark the exact positioning and alignment for the screw holes, where a simple template would have greatly simplified the process. I made my own templates, but even then, due to the play in the sliders and the screw holes being directly under the drawer, it was still difficult to mark the exact positioning for the screw holes to ensure proper alignment and installation. |

| These pull out shelves are great. Installation isn't too bad once you get past the instructions, which could be much clearer. It took me quite a while to figure out how to get the slides separated so I could mount the brackets. You are told to push down on a black tab in the center of the slides. An arrow showing exactly what to push on would help! Pushing down isn't quite right either as you push down on one side but up on the other.
Alignment is tricky but if you are careful you will end up with nicely sliding shelves that give you access to all that stuff in the back of the cabinet. I recommend the full extension slides to give you full access. But be careful, you will have to anchor the back ends of the shelves you attach the glides to or your pull outs will fall forward.
Over all a great addition to our kitchen and worth the trouble to install! |

| Shelves are great, but I was a little disappointed in the material that was used for the bottom of the shelves. Seeing the dove tail sides I presumed that the bottom would be wood too, which it is not. Still a wonderful addition to our pantry. We also had to secure our shelves to the back wall of the cabinet, so that the roll out shelves didn't tip over when they were fully extended. Problem was solved. |

| I got these sliding shelves for a 19"x22" nook in a walk-in closet that was disorganized, inefficient space. the 18" shelves worked perfect for shoe organizers that make great use of the space. The mounting sliders are made for mounting to the bottom of something (which wasn't clear from the write up) so I still had to purchase some wood to mount to the wall, then mount the sliders to that wood. Still worth it? ABSOLUTELY. |

| Good quality and attractive shelves - hardware seems sturdy enough.
Installation was simple, however instructions were vague. Not a challenge for those with some skills, but for the less handy, figuring out how to center the shelf could be a problem, especially when the install has a tight clearance on the sides.
My install was easy because the existing shelves were easily removed, so I could do the install on a tabletop in good lighting. If you have fixed shelves you will have to work in a tighter, darker area.
Buyers need to be aware that they will lose some shelf space, about 1 to two inches on each side and about 2 inches along the back.
Hopefully this lost space can be made up by being able to easily access the full depth of the shelf, and perhaps by adding an extra rolling shelf or two once you decide which items you want to place on each shelf. You can take better advantage of cabinet height with these.
If these shelves prove durable over several years, they will have been a good buy.
For now, wife loves them - nuff said. |

| The drawers wer already assembled and arrived in a timely fashion. I finished them with Varathane, but had to sand several times with steel wool and sandpaper because some parts of the drawers were very rough cuts. It was difficult to get all of the steel wool powder off the grooves because of how rough the wood had been cut. However, installing them was a snap, and now that they are finished, they really make it easy to find my gladware containers and keep the cabinet tidy without me spending any time on my hands and knees hunting through the back of the cabinet. |

| Came well packed separately, with hardware included in box, labled. instructions were OK. as usual, everything is easier if there are no customizations needed. I chose to notch the sides of my cabinets by 0.5in each to accommodate the max width shelf. Worked great. I also had to brace-support upper section above doors, and cut out a vertical divider between the doors, and then attach it to one of the doors, in order to accommodate the drawer full width in the cabinet with a left and right door. It took some doing, but it came out as good as possible. Very happy with result. Bottom drawer attached to cab. floor with brackets easily. Align front first, and test squareness. Upper drawer was harder, used back wall brackets, after first fitting custom fitted wood blocks to attach to the side walls near the doors. Attached a 90% size block on each side, then shimmed them in on each side to attach the drawer slide hardware with screws. Worked well. But took 4 hours altogether with the custom work. Still worth it. Definately get the heavy duty full extention bracket glide hardware. |

We mounted the rolling shelves to the existing shelves but had to put in 'L' angle brackets at the back of the cabinet so the shelf the tilt when the drawer was extended. Mounting to the existing shelves prevented our having to use shims or spacers to mount to the cabinet walls. |

The shelves will come fully assembled with the slides attached. | You might be able to screw into the face frame and then mount to the back of the shelf. You will need to make sure the guides are parallel, and if there is a gap, spacers might be needed. |

| BU-HFE-22 is the correct slide you need for the full extension. These are single drawer pull outs, so if you want two levels, you will need to purchase 2. |

| No, the 26" unit indicates it requires a 27" Opening. You would need to go to the next size down, which is the 24" (needs at least a 25" opening). To mount to the side walls in the cabinet, you would need wood spacers. |

| The opening between my hinges is 18 1/4", but my cabinet width is 20 1/4". Would I order the 18" wide drawer? | You would need to order according to your clearance. If your clearance is 18-1/4"W, you would need the 16", which, with slides, is 17" overall. |

| Unfortunately you would need the full 23" opening. Each drawer slide adds 1/2" to each side. You could use the next size down, the 20"W, to fit into your opening. |

| These items mount to the floor of the cabinets. To mount to the side wall you would need to drill a hole through the steel to side mount, or you would have needed to order the full extension slides for side mounting. |

You would be able to mount the shelves at any height. The mounting hardware (4 screws) are included with each shelf purchased and would mount to the cabinet floor or shelf. |

| As long as you don't have anything interfering with the slides then yes, it should work. Sounds like you may need to install shims on the sides.
The Knocked down Kit comes in 30" W and can be cut down accordingly to fit almost any in cabinet openings, from 6" to 30" wide. Simply cut to size for a custom width. These do include 3/4" extension slides with an option to upgrade to full extension slides in the Accessories section. |

| Item: BU-RSXP222-24 is a single shelving unit, this would be best for your 25"W opening as it is 24"W, but 1" additional would be required for the slides. Being that these units are sold individually, then you would have the capability of placing one unit on your half shelf. |

| The 22"D x 30"W pull out shelf measures 31"W x 20"D x 4"H.
If you only have 30.75"W, I would suggest using item # BU-CO449 which measures 28"W x 22"D x 4"H (requires min opening of 29"W). |

| The Rolling shelves are side mounted or mounted down to a shelf. You can mount them one above the other however typically most customers would want the shelves at least 10-12" apart to provide room for storage. |

| Yes, I would recommend the 18" since they are asking for an 1/2" on each side. As for the bottom drawer, I would still go with the 18" since you don't have the full extra 1" and they dont make a 19". |

| The slides are actually mounted to the bottom of an existing shelf or cabinet, so as long as you have an existing bottom to the cabinet or shelf to mount to, then you don't need to use the rear mount brackets. If you get the full extension slides, you do need to buy the mount-to-shelf brackets. |

| The 22" shelf would not work as it requires a 23" opening/clearance. If you only have a 22-1/2" opening you should go with the next size down which is 20" W. The 20" W with the slides is a total of 21" W. |

| Using the measurement provided, an Express 18" X 20" will work at the hinge location.
The width measurement should be done using the narrowest measurement minus 1", to get the proper shelf to install ( in the other locations). |

| These pull-out shelves are designed with guides to fasten to the bottom of a cabinet or to a full depth shelf. If there is no shelf available to install on, rear mount sockets (available under Accessories on the page) can be purchased to mount on the back wall of the cabinet. | Since your cabinet opening is 10.75, we would recommend using 8 W shelves (unfortunately, we do not carry 9 W one). The 8 W shelves work as long as the cabinet opening is at least 9 W. These shelves mount to the floor of the cabinet. |
