 | Per Hafele, this handle may require an irregular cutout in the front of the door or drawer. It should be done after receipt of the handle. The recess needs to be 12mm deep and since the front plate of this handle is 50mm in diameter, the recess in the panel should be somewhat less than that so that the front plate sits on top of the panel. I would think something like a 45mm diameter recess would be workable. It may require a little modification near the top of the handle.
