| The lifts came in good time with appropriate instructions. They were easy to installed and One lifts the door that previously had two to operate. I placed one on each over head cabinet door and left the non-working ones in place. They now operate like new. I am a bit concerned with the angled loads on the hinges, but we will see how it works over time. I did think the costs were a bit high at roughly $25 each, but if they last, it will be worth it. |

| These fittings are spring loaded, so unless you intentionally shut them, they will stay open. |

| Per Hafele, it does have to open 110 degrees. It cannot be installed pre-extended or it would push the door open automatically. |

| Item HA-373.71.902 is capable of holding up to 33.7 lbs. It also comes with soft close, and as long as the door does not exceed 33.7 lbs, it will hold the door open. |

| Assuming that the 33.7 pound rating is for each rod assembly, that allows a 67 pound lift. Can I install two gas shocks on a single door that weighs 70 pounds and install a hold-open device to actually hold the door open. The gas shocks would be an "assisting" device that would "help" the operator get the door open and the hold-open device would keep it there while the cabinet is in use. - Asked about product HA-373.71.902 | |

| I need to stop the door from opening past about 75 degrees (not the full 90 degrees pictured) so the handles do not hit my ceiling. Can I accomplish this by mounting the lower bracket an inch or 2 farther back in my frameless cabinet? | You can accomplish what you are wanting to do by mounting the lower bracket back farther. Also, please be sure to review the weight load capacity for this item. The ha-373.71.901 can hold up to 25 Lbs. but if your item is heavier, the 373.71.902 holds up to 33.7 lbs. |

| Item: HA-373.71.901 - the concealed hinges can hold up to 22 lbs each; the spring loaded hinges would assist in the opening of the cabinet, but the force would not be adjustable. |

| It is spring loaded, so it does not bend or lock. Once the cabinet bracket and door bracket are attached, the weight of the door along with the stay allows it to "lock". |
