		Yes, the metal frame is on all 4 sides of the shelf. To install the shelf: All mounting hardware is included. There are holes on each side of the frame where the screw heads slip into. The mounting screws will be installed into the wall. The shelf then slides onto the protruding screw heads and is affixed (secured) by tightening the concealed (from the bottom) Allen screws. The glass is then laid into the frame.
