- Each (1) set comes with 1 threaded rod M8 x 1000 (39-3/8"), 1 tube Ø20 x 896 mm (35-1/4"), 1 upper sleeve, 1 centering ring, 1 sleeve nut, 1 rubber clamping ring
- For attachment through wood or glass, a 14mm (9/16") hole is required
- Optional intermediate shelf supports available (for additional shelves - See Optional Accessories)
- Attachment to a stud is required

Description:
Hafele Shelf Suspension Systems attach through wood or glass and are designed for shelves that are suspended from the ceiling. The shelf suspension system features a threaded rod, a tube, an upper sleeve, a centering ring, a sleeve nut and a rubber clamping ring. The rods are made of steel and brass and have a load capacity of 50kg (110 lbs.) per rod. The rods are available in a Chrome Polished or Chrome Matt finish.

| I need a suspension shelf for a space that is 50"x50" and i would like 3 shelves. What is the max depth of the shelf; I am planning on using glass. thanks - Asked about product HA-828.50.408 | |
| The max depth would depend on the thickness of glass as that would determine it's strength if the item is say deeper than 12". For three shelves, one on top of each other, you would need to order 6 sets of the rods and 8 sets of the Intermediate Supports. |

| From the image, it looks like the shelves are hanging with 4 rods, so I need to know what exactly comes in this order of a suspension system. | It is sold per 1 set, and each set includes 1 threaded rod, 1 tube, 1 upper sleeve, 1 centering ring, 1 sleeve nut, and 1 rubber clamping; so by ordering just a quantity of one, you are getting 1 rod. So for two shelves, you need to order a qty of 8 (a total of 8 rods). If you are hanging an additional shelf to the system, you need the optional intermediate supports sold separately in the accessories. |
