| Hi, I have a 34" width between my cabinets. Should I buy the 30" size and add trim to either side or would that not be feasible? - Asked about product NA-R70302SMB1MUF1 |
| | Item NA-R70302SMB1MUF1 would be fastened to the sides of the cabinets, and I believe it would be possible to construct some sort of shim to allow you to use this between 34" of space.

| I had this hood installed 2 years ago and I am very happy with it. There is a popular forum (Houzz) and in the kitchens section it is often noted that by code a wood hood must be 30" above the range / stove top. The instructions with my hood said it could be installed 24 to 30" above the range - and my hood is at about 26". I would like to recommend my hood to others, but do not know how to answer about the discrepancy between what some are saying is code (30" or more up) and the directions that come with the hood. Can you help me out?
Thanks! - Asked about product NA-R70302SMB1OUF1 |

| Hi - We're new to this DYI stuff. From a standpoint of the order of installation, we install the blower first and then the wood hood? Thanks. - Asked about product NA-R70302SMB1OUF1 |
| | Yes, you would install the blower and liner (if purchased ) first and then the hood itself; as the hood acts like as a cover for the inner parts.

| I am looking to get this hood, but am overwhelmed by the list of ventilators listed under "Click Here for Ventilator Options" Will all of those work for this hood with the t-shaped liner that comes with it? My stove is 55.1K BTU.
Thanks. - Asked about product NA-R70362SMB1MUF1 |
| | The free T-Shapes liner that is included with this hood is meant to fit a broan hood. With a 55.1K BTU stove, you would need at least a 551 CFM blower if you usually power all 4 burners at once. Otherwise, if you're only using 2 most of the time, you can cut that in half. If you have any 95 degree bends in your ducting, then you want to add 100 CFM per bend. Here are all of the applicable broan blowers: Click here - if you need more help, we have more information here - Click here - or you can call us at 1.800.667.8721 and we can help you over the phone.

| Does this attach to your cabinet once the doors are removed?
Thanks, Linda - Asked about product NA-R70302SMB1OUF1 |
| | This item mounts between cabinets, however it can not have a cabinet behind the wood hood because at the bottom you would need a liner and blower installed.

| Hi, I have a 30" stove do I use the 30" range hood? - Asked about product NA-R70302SMB1OUF1 |
| | A 30 inch range hood is the best option for a 30 inch stove, they are made slightly smaller in width than stated so they will fit a standard space. Check out our ‘Tips From An Expert’ and learn everything you should know to choose a range hood for your home: Click here

| Hi, I have 14" cabinets. Will the T insert work or do I need to purchase a different type? - Asked about product NA-R70302SMB1OUF1 |
| | Yes, but a slight modification will need to be made. At present, Omega National doesn’t’ have a liner that will directly accommodate a 14 inch cabinet. You will need to make a 2 inch spacer along the back wall preferably in metal to accommodate your 14in cabinets.
