Ask a questionI purchased this "Houzer Preferra Round Head Soap Dispenser" metal in sink soap dispenser and the pump and "straw" part is disintegrating at the bottom of the "straw" tube. Can I get a replacement? thank you, nancy   - Asked about product EX-170-2400
 AnswerHouzer does not have replacement parts for soap dispensers. However, if it was purchased within a year, it is still under warranty and Houzer will send out a new one. If you purchased it thru KitchenSource.com, we would just need the original purchase order number to order the replacement.
